Important Summer Seniors application information and timeline:
Summer Seniors is a residential recruitment program designed for rising high school seniors in South Carolina. The program offers a comprehensive experience that includes sessions on college admissions, academic preparation, student life, and much more.
Participants connect with university faculty, staff, and current USC students who serve as counselors.
All rising seniors from South Carolina are eligible to apply. During the review process, priority will be given to students who meet one of the following criteria:
Complete and submit a NACAC or College Board fee waiver, or obtain a letter from your high school counselor.
USC defines a first-generation student as any individual whose parents and/or guardian did not complete a bachelor's degree.
Will you be a first-generation college student? * At USC, a first-generation college student is recognized as anyone whose parents and/or guardians did not complete a bachelor’s degree.
